Did around 350 miles across the New Forest and Studland Bay. Amazing weather for top down motoring...

Except if you're a tool like me and you drop the hood early on a cool Sunday morning... CRACK! Rear screen cracked. Then when driving home, I get a CEL with a P0444.

The P0444 should be a loose hose, as I can hear vacuum sucking under the bonnet and the Window replacement is booked at Soft-Tops in Croydon for Saturday morning.

I cracked my rear screen a few weeks ago... not to fussed tbh, just added to the it to the job list. 2 small pieces of clear gorilla tape are holding it together well enough.

Yes fantastic weekend I have to agree. I’ve covered 450 miles in glorious weather taking in Cannock Chase, The Peaks & South Cheshire. The Zed feels better after every mile completed. Absolutely love it

I'm looking to replace the rear screen in my Z3, can anyone recommend anyone in Cheshire to carry out this job?
How much roughly am I looking at for this to be done?

A couple of years ago we used www.trimmtech.co.uk based on an industrial estate in Sandbatch, been happy with the work.
Just went for a wonder round town and lunch while job was completed.

Did you have your rear screen replaced, if so was it a non genuine BMW part?
If so how much did they charge you?
