Went to the Great North Classic Car Show on Saturday held at Aston Workshop near Beamish. This is the second year for this show and the weather was great unlike last year when it was held in April so was a bit cold & damp.
As I was the only Z3 M Coupe as Jess Robson's Dakar Yellow car had a hose problem, I managed to tag onto the BMWCCCNE stand. Saw Jess later after he'd turned up with his mate in a AM

Just another little bit of info they are building four Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Continuation cars at £1 Million per car, ALL SOLD!!!!

The quality of the finish on some of the cars was superb. The underside of that red car up on the lift was better than new. It’s the sort of place I could have spent hours wandering round and talking to the guys who were giving info on the various cars on display.

Good to see you there Pete, it was a good show and plenty of interesting cars to see both on the field and in the workshops. I have added a few of my photos of the BMW pitch.
ps you forgot to mention the bacon sarnies.

Yes Robert, the first job after getting parked up was to find the bacon sarnie stall, great value plus a nice cup of coffee. You have to get your priorities right.
