Horse steak is great.......Sorry awful sport!! Poor horses get injured then killed
Don't understand why the UK whent nuts about the horse meat thing? One of the best steaks I have ever eaten.
Mike, I will eat most animal meat, I haven't tried Aligator yet but...................... As long as the animal is killed humanely I don't see any difference between horse, cow, dog or what ever. But I do believe in eating and making best use of anything that you do kill, ie I don't like killing for sport as in hunting for trophies etc.
