Clear blue skies so off through the country lanes of South Derbyshire before lunch at Fairways Garden Centre near Ashbourne where a red G29 parked next to us. Then up to Swinscoe and down through Dovedale before stopping by the lovely pond near Biggin. Over the hills from there and down to the Bulls Head at Monyash for some cold drinks. From there down through Ashford in the Water, up past Monsall Head and on to the Barrel at Bretton where I was forced to have a pint of Wainright. After that down to Baslow, over Beeley Moors and home.
