Wanted to open a thread to see if others are going to the festival of speed in 2015?
It is always nice to meet up with like-minded people.

Been for the last two years and its a great day out. Fingers crossed I will make it a third year in a row.

I've been there once (in 2005 I believe). Found it a super event.
Since becoming dad (twice) etc, there were other "priorities"....so now we (my brother and 2 friends) fixed for ourselves that every year we go to 1 big event together that we plan up-front etc.

Still as possibilities on the agenda for the years to come: VLN 24h Nurburgring; 24h Le Mans; Road Trip of the Alps, Road Trip Sierra Nevada (Spain), ...
This year it's FoS.
As we will be camping with 4 people, and only 1 car allowed per camping pitch, we will be there in a VW Golf estate with roofbox (which is a company car, so it is cheap). We need to roofbox to be able to get all our stuff on site. Remember that my other camping trips were with a Land Rover Discovery with a trailer....with meant I could take half of the household with me :-)

So, no Zed at FoS for us.
But, as said, always great to meat people of this forum in person, have a laugh and a drink (within limitations).

So, as it is already going to happen next weekend....who is going?
We will be leaving tomorrow early in the morning already (hoping that the issues I heard of with the ferries won't cause too much issues for us).
