Whilst I was on holiday in Florida I took advantage of the free p&p offered by many sellers on eBay in the US. I got some "cree" light bulbs for my reversing lights, some all chrome kidney grilles, a red circular light for behind the boot roundel, a black sunstrip for the windscreen (for advert for our villa) plus something else, some alloy pedals acc. brake and foot rest and some new wheel centre caps. I got some fitted before I went back to work .In these photo's only the o/s rev light bulb has been changed hope you can see how much brighter it is.

I think the grills work with the chrome headlights. Would be too much on their own I think!

Sorry, not for me. Reminds me of this.
But seeing as they are probably stickers, you can remove them with a hairdryer.....

No honestly they are real "Plastic" Mike. I know we don't all like each others tastes and I accept that. TBH I'm not sure yet if I do like them but Gaz hit it on the button. My car is all about the chrome. Plus the fact they were P&P free so with me being "careful" I thought it was worth a punt!

Cheers Rev, I already spotted that. But at my age I've developed a fairly thick hide!, and a sense of humour to match. Do you know anyone around our patch with an Atlanta Blue Z, one come past my house near Torksey yesterday evening, top down whilst I was fitting the grilles.

Just wondered it was a nice night for a drive. Certainly much better than today.

Played golf with her indoors this morning and it was fab. Still and humid.

This afternoon I was hit by the shock wave from a lightning strike as I left work. It was like an explosion. I've never felt anything like it. It actually pushed me back!

A local house was hit and it blew the roof into bits!

Weird weather.

Sure is. We saw some wild weather when we were in Florida a couple of weeks ago, the guy who'd just come to repair our spa witnessed it and said that he had never seen anything quite like it and he's lived all around the world and the last eight years in central Florida. I think they call them a "micro burst?" Slightly scary and hurricane season is only a few days away. There was a thunder and lightening storm hanging around Lincoln for quite a while later this afternoon and I think it followed me home!

Those grilles, thats not a sense of humour, that's a TRAVESTY!
