Germany/ Switzerland 2025?

Hi,
Not sure I have the right category here, but just wanted to ask if anyone had in mind a trip to the Black Forest area then onto Switzerland as a trip of driving and exploring the scenery. If so just wondering if we could tag along?

There used to be an annual trip to Sleneken in south Netherlands organised by a Dutch group which a lot of us used to go on. I went 2016, 2017, and 2018. It included a trip to Spa race track in Belgium and trips into Black Forest. the 2017 trip ventured down into Switzerland through many mountain passes.
I don't think we got invites after 2020 due to the popularity of the trip as more Dutch members took the spaces.
@miller1098 tends to be a frequent visitor to the Continent. He's currently away in Spain but it usually doesn't take much discussion for Hugh and Sarah to take their Zed out

As Gary said there used to be an annual trip and we went on them as well. We've also done quite a few solo trips into Europe to France, Andorra, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy on various trips. I still have the SatNav routes Brian if you are interested. This year we are going to Norway via France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. A long trip but looking forward to it.

Likewise I have satnav routes covering the Alps french and Italian sides, Austria and the Grossglockner, Swiss passes, Grand Ballon etc. Happy to share.

Write Up - To Austria and Bust

Another Limborit & Euro over. So to sum up; The Limborit was as much fun as before, good company, great cars and great roads. Grand Ballon .... Didnt see it, total white out :( Switzerland .... lovely but low cloud:shifty: Austria .... just amazing. The company .... superb :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Brendan, we’re in the early stages of devising a possible trip taking in this area and landing in Austria half way. I’ll email you when I’ve got more details. Will probably be a 3 week trip with 7/8 countries. Would be July 25

Bear in mind that Austria started a bridge renovation lasting until 2030 on one of the busiest highways, the A13. So wherever you are travelling, you should avoid this motorway and the surrounding country roads because there are large-scale closures.
