Gear stem

Does anybody know if the z3 stem and the z4 stem for the gear stick are the same?

Basically are they 14mm with the bulbous bit at the same position?

Also is anyone in the bury st Edmunds/ thetford area that I could have a look at a z3?

My guess is that the Z4 stem will be the same as a Z4 stem? Did you mean Z4 and Z3 ?
