When i am out in the Triumph and i see another classic car, we tend to acknowledge each other by way of a friendly wave

In the Z3 I see a lot of Z3's if i see another Z3 i tend to also give a friendly wave but in return i tend to get a look

as if i have just grew devil horns.:ymdevil:

I wonder why this is?

You are meeting actual BMW owners rather than zed owners, big difference, especially on the motorway!

And another thing, why is it when you offer someone a ride in your Z do they say " You're not putting the roof down are you? " It's not just Z's either, I've had this with other cars too. I wonder if sometimes they feel vulnerable sitting there out in the open on full view so to speak.

So glad I won't often run into this problem as I've never seen a Z3 around or near here. Saw a couple of Z4 over the years. Last Z3 I saw in person was in British Columbia 3 years ago. At least you know that you're not the problem. They are!! JIM

We were flashed by a black Z4 when we were on the Rutland run last Sunday, but I sometimes forget which car I'm in, thinking why haven't they waved, when I'm actually in the Merc!!!
