Garage space for rent - Manchester, UK

If you've been following my progress thread you'll know that I've been trying to find some garage space in Manchester for over a year. I've now found some and - assuming all goes to plan this week - should actually have a little more than I need. If you're in or around Manchester and need some space to work on your Z then drop me a line. Open to short or long term and very reasonable rent.

What kind of prices were you seeing? I looked into this around here and prices were astronomical.

Cheapest commercial rent we found was £1200/month plus VAT and bills for 1300sqft. We now have 1500sqft for a lot less than that. Currently splitting it two ways but will take another one in for short term projects if you still need space.

Re-upping this as I just found out we're losing our unit early next year, so we're back on the hunt. PM me if you're interested in a shared space for car projects in Manchester in the new year. Currently paying about £250 each for 600-700sqft of usable space (each) with power and a toilet. Hoping to replicate that again, maybe with somewhere bigger and more people.

Still looking right now. There's not a lot out there. So far one property company has been encouraging but most stuff is well out of budget.
