Garage recommendations

Hello,
I have a Z3 Roadster, 1994, Austrian-made, left hand drive. The poor thing has a few things wrong with the bodywork and I can't find a garage that will even talk to me about it.
I'm based in King's Langley, Hertfordshire, UK and I'm looking for any ideas of garages that might take the work I need done on. I'm not the sort of person who can do this stuff myself - it's just not in my skill-set. I wish it was ... truly.
To give you an idea of what is needed:
The passenger door handle is broken - not the door release latch, the grab handle for shutting the door. It needs gluing or replacing.
Both the seat belt guides on the sides of the seats are broken - again glue or replacement.
The rear view mirror has fallen off - I've been told that it comes with the windscreen and you can't get one without the other but that seems ridiculous!
You can't see out of the rear window, it's so scratched and worn. I don't know whether it can be replaced or cleaned or whether I'm going to need a whole new soft hood.
One of the side-lights (the ones under the bumper) is shattered - the glass/perspex is still there but broken with no lens effect any more.
Both doors stick - of you lift and sort of push first, they open but it's a struggle.
Then there are things like a slow oil leak and the fuel gauge is temperamental - sometimes it works, sometimes not ... I can't see a pattern yet.
So ... Does anyone have a recommendation for a garage anywhere near north of London / Hertfordshire / Bucks / Berks that might be able to help with all this ... or, at least talk to me without scoffing?
Thank you for reading this far.

:)

I’d look at doing each job on a job-by-job basis. The rear window: try using a bodywork polish on it such as Turtle Wax or AutoGlym Body polish. The side light: ask one of the breakers in here such as @mrscalex @spurs fan in a coupe . I’m sure others will add their ideas too.
And welcome 😀

Greygate plastic polish is one of the best things for polishing the rear window. Also get a piece of 1" plywood wrapped in a towel and get someone to hold it against the inside of the window as you polish the outside. Then swap over. You can machine polish these windows too if you're careful.
Sounds as though there is play in the door hinges, again a PM to one or all of the breakers should provide some better ones. @Synclare is another man who may be able to help.

Tony.

Unlikely to be wear in the door hinges, probably just the latch plate needs a slight adjustment.
If the rearview mirror has fallen off, try an independent windscreen company, they will have the correct glue to reattach it. The mounting points are often fitted at the factory.
Not many left hookers around, what's the engine?

It's a bit of a trek round the M25 but I'd very much recommend Munich Legends in Haywards Heath. They *really* know their stuff on these cars.
