Garage needed

Hi all,

Hope everyone is well.

Few issues with my Z3...

The boot and battery area is getting a lot of water...and yesterday the drivers footwear, and under chair was sodden with water.

Any ideas why this has happened? Can anyone recommend a garage in central London?

to the forum from West Cumbria. The boot could be;

1. Third break light seal goosed
2. Rear light seals goosed
3. Arial gromit goosed

The seals look fine, don't seem to be leaking. I'm concerned how the drivers footwell could be like a swimming pool with no other signs of a leak. Drivers seat is dry as a bone so can't be coming in from above...

Check the drainage in the roof area too as this can flood water into the car.

As Mike has posted, the roof has a pillar leak, known fault.

Check the front scuttle drains aren't blocked too, if they are water can come in via the heater air inlets if the scuttle fills up with water.
