Hello all...Been ages since i last visited Z Roadster .org...lookin great!...My Zeds been sorned up until today...Just been out and put £20 of fuel...my needle showed 1/4 tank full. Stopped the car for 10 mins and re started only to then notice tank now showing empty...No fuel leaks anywhere?...Any idea of causes...Cheers Sean.

It's probably just the float sticking on the slides in the tank.
Usual remedy is a tank full of vPower or equivalent 97+ octane fuel to get rid of built up residues ;)

I cant help with the fuel gauge, but welcome back! Titans most likely correct, but don't tell him I said so ;)

Yep as Titan said I think your z is thirsty after the lay up, a few tank fulls burned through in a couple of hours should do the trick.

My Sorn problem was a stuck front caliper, lots of smoke on the first run, sanded all the rust off the disc and back to normal:coolsteer)

That does not always work, my learned friend.
You can get to it from behind the drivers seat IIRC, probably be a pig of a job.
