Thought I would share this information with anyone that was wondering how well they are doing in the fuel category. I am happy with the results but I don't know if this is good or bad compared to other 2.2i out there, or other models. :)

I have no ideas what I use in litres, but I get about 30mpg average out of mine. I'll have to get my calculator out later...

Most of my travelling is now urban, and that really sucks mileage wise.

I'm getting around 29 to 31 mpg out of my 2.8. Like Gaz, most of my driving is urban but out on the open roads, it goes up - slighty :)

Although depending on how open the road is, it may go down again :ymdevil:

Mine is 2.0 Auto, does about 25, the same as my 2.5 D Touareg also Auto. When they need fuel I put some in.;)

mine seems to do well needle on half a tank then i look again and the light is on, it goes from half to light on in no time it does not like to drift towards the empty slowly
