Anyone bought a replacement lockin fuel cap? Seen some cheap ones on eBay but dubious quality ? OEM ones mad prices ! Any recommended ones ? Ta ...

Why do you need a locking cap when the fuel flap itself is locked with the central locking? I used to see this all the time testing cars at work, just don't get it.. It's like security wheel nuts, do you really need them?

My 2.8 doesn't have the flap on central locking pal

No they dont lock the 2.2 did

My Z3 was a 2000 model and the locking pin was broken. Not too sure when this was changed, may have been on the Facelift?
