This has been on my radar for a while and my cunning plan was to "acquire" a pair of alloy housings for the front lower arms on my car so that I could re bush them and swap them over on a ramp at work.
I did find one when I had to change to O/S/F on a Z4 for test a few weeks ago but still didn't have the N/S one.
Well, asking around I found that one of the guys at work had bought a pair for his 325 saloon he owned a while ago but only fitted one and luckily he still had the N/S one.

I had already removed the old bush from the O/S housing and now need to do the same with the N/S one. I have found one of my 3/4" drive sockets perfect to push the bush out so here's a new bush if anyone needs it?
Looking at either some HD Meyle bushes or some Poly type ones that @Antm72 has found at a very good price for a pair!

I fitted a set of Meyle HD bushings to the daughters E46 the other week. They look the same as your Z4 ones. Tightened up steering feel nicely without any noticeable NVH increase.

I could not get just the bushings, they had to come with the lollipops. Much easier to fit than the E36/Z3 bushings.

Thanks Murray. I can get just bushes and i can scrounge the old housings we remove at work so it halves the cost.
