To the best of my knowledge the one you want is the Sport grill. Which means you have a non-standard grill on your car if it's a Sport. Very happy to be corrected here.
Presuming this to be correct the whole bumper is conceivably off a non-Sport car - which may actually help you. The bumper is the same but the issue is removing the grill.
I put a bumper from a non-Sport on my Sport when rebuilding it and I had to dremmel umpteen circlips off the mounting pillars. The heat melted most of the pillars meaning I couldn't circlip the replacement grill back. So I araldited it. It works well though
Now if it's your original bumper and the grill was a Sport and has already been replaced with a non-Sport the pillars may already be compromised. If an alternative mounting method for the replacement grill has been used (eg glue) you might not get away with changing it again. So might hope would be it's a non-molested bumper off a non-Sport.
Hope this makes sense. If not and I'm right, it will make sense when you change the grill!
In the meantime good luck finding the grill. I monitor used spares on ebay and I've never seen one on it's own. Probably because of the agro removing it. You might be in for a whole bumper which given the desirability might not be cheap.
