This is up for sale on .net. It's a shame as a lot of work seems to have gone into it so far
It seems there has been a lot of investigation done.
But I have the impression also a lot of "rushing in" or "biting of more then you can chew" (my impression can be wrong).
Did mail the guy once or twice about the research that was done, never got a response.
