Just doing my last delivery and came across this in one of the buildings. I love an old Merc. I know h/t will appreciate it. Belongs to the owner. It's not moved in 10 years.

It looks like an aquarium with the hard top on, but OK with the soft top down.

It's certainly different than my 58 190sl. The front view is pretty much the same but the rear end it totally different. Sorry HT not shipping to the Netherlands, ever!! lol. JIM

Well, it would.. It looks different to the 58 190SL as it is a 200 Series 230SL European model mid/late 60's worth about € 60.000,00

If this is what you claim to own Jim, it will look like this.......

Yes I know Mike but even the pics you show are different from my 190sl, mine has the eyebrows over the rear wheel openings as well. And doesn't have the opening in the bonnet. The 230sl replaced the 190sl and as you can see is a lot more box shaped. Then the 250sl was even more so. Why they didn't stick with what looked good I don't know but I wouldn't turn one down if it showed up in my yard! Also, mine is not completed yet as I need to replace the rear fenders with factory originals I picked up and I have nearly everything else but upholstery in my shop waiting till I get healthy enough to get back at it! There are some out there for sale in excess of £100k!
I suspect after a decent clean it will look in pretty good shape. Well worth a punt and do a Finding Classic Cars...
