Been following this guy for a while on YouTube, bullshit free and the guy has skills that come across well.
This is how to hand form sheet metal, if you plan on doing your own wing, or sill repairs, how you shape a curve and a flat section into a repair panel. With just hand tools and patience.

Very good. I used V-cuts and snips. I like his pronged tool. Very clever.

I already have bar cut and shaped, just need time to weld and shape it.
I've also used cuts, I've found if it's quite tight, or just a small piece it becomes time consuming finishing it up. May be because I'm just crap at it though.

Just watching it reminded me that I used snipe-nosed pliers when I was doing my car to do a similar thing. Luckily, car bodies are thin steel. I have some steel bar in the garage, so I will be making one of these.
