Y plate was from 1982, Esprit between '76 and '04

Not the best colour though.

Because I'm getting mixed up with the Y at the back and front of a reg plate ...

When I worked at a Peugeot Talbot garage the "A" reg cars came out in 1984 if I remember right so Y's were 83?

My former brother-in-law had one: A48 JEX. So probably about right. Went like the proverbial and cornered a dream.
