Fog light wiring connection

On a 97 4 Cyl Z3 I believe there is a connector where the fog lights connect under the hood. I had some front bumper paint work done some time ago and the fog lights never worked after that. There is no wire going to the lights-which might be the problem! So I am looking for where to connect them back up.

got the link, but still do not see where the "harness" plugs in. I'm sure it is obvious when I locate it!
