I've started to notice a theres a bit of play in my front end. A part from the track rod ends everything is still original so I am not totally surprised.

I am thinking of getting something like this complete Meyle set from ebay and doing the lot - £204 (don't need the track rods but can sell them on)
I probably need a couple of anti roll bar bushes as well. Febi ones look close to OEM

Questions....
Is this the best option/make and is there somewhere cheaper I can get them from?
Do I need anything else ?
I am also going to need to ask my local garage to fit them...how many hours (roughly) should I expect to be quoted?

Have you also checked front springs and shocks? It shouldn't take a garage much more than 4hrs but it all depends how easy it all comes apart. Meyle is decent quality and it's what I fitted to my zed

The wishbone rear bushes I use are the eccentric BMW M3 ones. They are solid non-voided and increase the steering castor angle, sharpening the steering a bit.

Those Meyle wishbones look good. They look to have the E30 style outer balljoints without the rubber sleeve E36 arms have.
