On my way home from work last week engine warning comes on and car goes into limp mode 25mph max managed to get it down to my future son in laws garage,put diagnostic on it two fault codes come up regarding egr valve reset them came straight back on bit of a dilemma,either replace or blank it off and remap car dpf filter also not in good condition so went for option 2 dpf and egr deleted and remapped also had it Tera cleaned as well cannot believe the difference car pulls like a train the extra power is instant all done for the same price of a new egr valve car is a 12 plate 520 diesel worth every penny.

That's the joys of motoring ant wish I could get the same increase in power with a remapp on the z3 always something to spend money on happy days.

Look after it now Dave and give it a few runs out to keep the DPF clean. Nearly up to 530d territory with the remap

Hi Roy yes birthday in a couple of weeks so could be early birthday present fuel consumption up Bhp up and torque up all birthdays come at once
