if they are genuine BMW ones they just push on, no tools or dismantling needed

I had aftermarket ones, still fitted just need to massage to fit instructions came with the rings. Certainly brightens up the control panel.

Sorry for the poor picture quality. They do brighten up the area around the heater controls and really easy to fit, but they have been known to pop off now and again so possibly some type of adhesive may help.

Looking at the kit I've already put in mine I'm not sure they'd fit. It's right up tight so don't think it would leave room for them to fit securely.

Thanks, I agree they 'break' the large black area. I am looking forward to fitting them. The car has a chrome line interior so should all look good.

@Grumpy , there are 2 different sizes, one for wood trim and one for non wood, i had a set for non wood, but i cut off the mounting lugs and stuck them on my wood trim=)) so either way they work, though if you want ease then there are the wood type around, just quite hard to find.

I fitted the aftermarket ones as said you massage the metel around the gauge for a tight fit they fit well :thumbsup:
