First detailing attempts, 2001 2.2 auto

Bought this 16 year old Z3 last week with only 23000 miles, trying to curb my cleaning OCD and just enjoy the car. Keep thinking should I have bought a new Z4, then I stand back and look at it! All day long

Snap, 21k almost a mirror image except for the wheels and engine , bought mine 4 weeks ago. I know how you feel about wanting to keep it wrapped up in cotton wool. Took mine out for a longish run on Saturday and almost had a head on crash, a car was actual driving round the roundabout the wrong way. Glad to say not a BMW driver (Audi). My air intake hoses were perished so I replaced them. Was getting the P0171 Powertrain fault, also had to fix the washer bottle bracket that had snapped, apart from that just love driving it

Hi Bentley, yours looks great, love the wheels. I think with their age there will always be something to fix/renew. Got a feeling we'll be putting a lot more miles on them during the summer! Love the engine noise when accelerating hard but my pocket doesn't
