After weeks of waiting for a few dry days to dry the soft top and fit the hardtop, it' finally on.
Don't think the soft top is completely dry but gona put a heater and dehumidifier in for a few hours over the weekend to absorb some moisture....

Might just be the picture, or my eyes, but is the HT a slightly different shade? Looks great all the same.:)

It's the hardtop from factory so it will just be the light, it was starting to get dark and the street light above had just came on.
The car also hasn't been washed in months so that won't help =))

Wow the hardtop looks great Davy, a very finished look, and the tinted rear window is fantastic!

As for the shorty antenna, all the VW guys were putting those on our Mk4 Golf/GTIs, then we realized you can't receive any radio stations. ;)
I have a shorter OEM-style antenna mast I need to find, it was somewhere between OEM and shorty for performance.

Looking very nice Davy, would've liked to see a nice picture of the purple leather though mate. Plus those wheels look sooooooooooooooooooo much nicer than black.

I put mine on last weekend too. I was likewise waiting for a dry day and one of my son's to help me lift it on. Although I was reluctant to put the top on, if I can't drive hood down then I much prefer driving with the hardtop than the soft top.
