Facelift heater controls panel into PreFacelift centre console?

Will the plastic panel for heater controls, switches and clock from a face lift z3 (the one with the round clock in the middle) fit into a PreFacelift centre console?

I want this one

Looks the same size. Same fittings/clips. Radio and heater controls in the same place.

Round hole? You mean the hole for rhe clock (time clock) i'll put a clock in there. One I'm looking at has a clock.
