Note: There are some marks to the top of the mirror from where its been prized open to remove the remote circuit.

Are the illuminated gearknobs a direct fit? i.e. is the wiring already in the car?

My car had a connector but I'm guessing they don't as standard. It should be very easy to tap into the lighter plug wires though!
