LeatherZ sell this kit but I'm just trying to get my head around what it actually is...

Is this kit replacing the existing three round air flow dials with their arrangement or adding another row of dials underneath as per Z3M?

It looks like a kit, to be fitted on the "A" pillar. Most likely the left hand side.

I was wondering if it adds a row of dials below the heater controls. The bracket looks like it fits in that bottom cornere of the center console where the button move down beside the cig lighter.

Volts. Oil pressure and oil temp.

But I'm probably wrong and you should be sending a message to the seller.

Actually looks like it’s for E36, not Z3

I think it's to mimic the "M" console - but it looks like its for E36

The dials should fit where the standard Z3 switches are. The switches then move down below the dials.
It appears that some cutting to allow the dials to get to the back side of the console and also some cutting to allow the switches to go through the console below. Have you asked the supplier for a copy of the fitting instructions. I imagine if they will provide it, you could understand the idea behind the product.
