Error P70 am I in trouble?

I was just playing with the scanner and this just popped up today.
No check engine lights, no rattles, nothing else.
Cleared the code and it came back before even starting the car.
cleared did some miles, back again…
This is a very low mileage car but has been stored for 10 years.
could it be something that will be fixed with an “Italian Tuneup”? (Speeding like a cheetah on steroids)
The engine is a 1.9 M43/TU

any input much appreciated.

First thing I would do is remove the Idle control valve and clean thoroughly with Carb. cleaner.

Thanks for the advice. Did it anyway.
my issue was the the damned disa plug was not in place. Why I have no idea.
checked the Disa looks good, cleared the code, took a long ride, didnt come back.
the car felt much stronger!
