Write Up EPWORTH CAR SHOW 2022

A few of us went to this show today and seeing as no one has done a write up, here goes. Very poorly attended event to be honest apart from a lot of noisy turbo popping and banging from the moment we got there till the one we left around 2 hours later. In honesty the weather didn't help, but, the continual revving, popping , backfiring racket gave me a bloody headache and the stink of diesel smoke blowing directly across the field to us didn't help. Anyway these were all the pictures I could be bothered to take.

Oh, and this little video clip to give you an idea of the racket. I don't expect we will be going next year, .............................. unless I change my car?

Disappointing day for you all, the weather put me off . Glad I didn't make the trip. At least we know it's another one to cross off, like Clipstone.

Yeah..despite the antisocial behaviour of the younger mindset, it was good to meet up and have a natter.
As Tony says the weather was not brill with the wind making it cold and difficult to hold a conversation. Perhaps we should make a monthly meet of our own somewhere such as a cafe on a rotational basis ......???...but I promise not to bring my cleaning and polishing kit
