Guys is Halfords 10w 40 engine oil /synthetic ok for a z4 2003?

I use 5W-40 Fully Synthetic (usually Fuchs TITAN GT1 XTL ) in mine, so should be OK.

Check if it has the BMW long life spec listed on the bottle.
Always buy oil according to spec, not just weight/viscosity.
