Engine gurgling

And now, for my second post !
I have a 2001 2.2i, every time I stop after a long trip, there is a gurgling sound from the bonnet, clearly it’s water related but is this normal ?
No water in the oil and she doesn’t overheat.

any thoughts ?

Are you sure that the coolant is not a bit low ?
