Engine flush, what say you?

Wondering what is your opinion on engine flush.
I am going to have my oil change on Monday and I was offered a complimentary engine flush with Bardahl products and a machine that circulates the chemicals for almost half an hour in the engine.
It is a very low mileage engine and from Mazda they told my that they recommend it every 20k km along with some decarbonizing wizardry I could not understand.
Since it is free, tempted to try it… but on the other hand, could this be bad for valve seals, rubbers etc?
Any input?

Sounds like "snake oil" to me, but I wouldn't know.

I have never used an engine flush. If I've had a vehicle that might not of had a oil change for a long time I just do a second oil change a thousand miles after the first with good quality oil.
