Today started with a trip to work to do a puncture repair

Then after a slightly minor detour on the way home due to running into excessive blue sky and sunshine

I finally got home to do what I'd planned for to get bonnet underside clean forgot to take before pic but got half way and finished ones

buoyed by the way things were going ended up cleaning the inner wings and all the black plastic. Had a plan for he rocker cover later in year so ended up doing a test on it cleaned it up a bit applied a bit of paint see how it lasts before take off in winter to do properly

I recused my Z from Edinburgh for a new life of sun and sea here in tropical East Kent some 5yrs ago now. Great driving roads you have.

It's been miserable here near Lincoln today. The forecast for yesterday was like this but after cutting grass and some other work I got out for an hour top down yesterday late afternoon. Got home from work today and put the heating on. BRRRRR.!!

I bought my Z3 6 years ago last October Steve and the following June I put the roof down and never put it up for the whole of the month. In the garage at night and in the car park at work during the day. It has never happened like that since, in any month.

I got mine from Soper's mate. They're probably still available. Was about £50 IIRC.
