I missed the Midland Z shed meet this w/e in order to get some brownie points, think I just might have a couple in hand but "OH"my poor back, was it worth it.?
I promised the wife 3Yrs ago that now retired I would get rid of the two sheds full of my man things and buy a nice garden wooden thingy. Well the wooden thingy came and the carpenter in the household put it together after laying a new concrete slab next to the existing one, that was 3yrs ago next month. This left a bare concrete patio in front of it so volunteered to deck or pave it. Thank goodness I've done it at last, so now if we sell up someone else will get the benefit, :banghead: here's a couple of pics to show you I've not been sunning myselfe this lovely w/e.

3yrs ago.
Two sheds full of man treasures dismantled, saved good parts to build lean to for garden tools etc.

Was it worth it???? I think so. Rather be out in the Z though.
Rha, Roy.:)

Looks good Roy.
The different in sizes of the shed and lean-to is life in reality to men and women, just look at the wardrobes in the bedrooms and the suitcases going on holiday. I am actually surprised you got one as big as that and her indoors did not want to incorporate half of it into her space =))

Well done @Rha :p
It looks lovely :)
Alan is now building a shed ;)
I'll have to put some photos up so you can see it :)

Well as the saying goes happy wife happy life untill the next job that is :D This is one post I won't share with my dearest.
Too right Althulas, whenever the wife comes home after seeing other gardens I used to say they either got someone in or they must be part time/retired, sadly it just doesn't wash any longer but hey I got away with it for 3 yrs. Got some leverage now though........ I think.:bored:

Notice the door height dillz, even she at 5ft3in would have to stoop to get in and her knowing my back problem must be laughing all the way to Tesco's every week. Game lost before I even started.!!!!!!!!!:blackeye:

Like Althulas Ant I dare not show her your pics of a great garden project, hope you can manage. Given your ploy I could work on her benevolence and maybe get up there to give you a hand, you could easily afford me at 2xBacon butties at midday. ;)
My new shed for what man things I had left was commandeered when I said I could use the old sheds to make a lean-to, then shed went to cabin at twice the price, "ouch" .45yrs and still on a learning curve.:banghead:

Roy.
PS! Those huge black mole hills must surely be a concern, NO???????

I may take you up on a hand one day to maybe get the roof on it, I think the walls are sectional enough to move but the roof may be a little cumbersome on my own.i can stretch to lunch no problems
The big moles hills =)) we do have a mole but he seems happy with the greenhouse so hopefully he will stay there!!
