Just checking, but can any of you experts confirm that on my 2004 example there are none of the sensors inside the wheels? Is that only on USA spec cars?

Your TPS works on wheel speed Ken, low pressure makes the wheel rotate at a different speed to the other wheel on that axle and is picked via ABS sensor. I don’t know if they’re fitted on US spec cars but I would doubt it.

Looks like the US cars have sensors attached to the inside of the valve which seems a bind. I was pretty sure ours were as you say, but just checking as I'm going to get my wheels refurbed.
