What you need to do is copy this (click on share under the youtube vid) http://youtu.be/htU6qYsLsEE and delete the following, http://youtu.be/ so that you are left with htU6qYsLsEE

Click on the youtube tab at the top of your post and paste this in between [youtube] [/youtube]

I hope this makes sense.
