Tour imagery? Here I am Dawn, over twenty years ago on the L'Etape du Tour ( it's one of the Tour mountain stages that the race does the following day) a lot of climbing and 207 km. I was only a young fifty something then.

Impressive stuff! So my guess was correct…keep at it because cycling is great exercise.
