DRL's fitted (Legal? or not)

Fitted these DRL's, one for Tony are they legal? and what do you lot think to them? I have two 10w lights at the moment but I think I can fit 3 in the space, but a little tight so just tried two for now.
Oh still playing about with connections to use the dimming option?

I quite like those as they seem to be where they should be and don't look like an add on,

From an MOT point of view Bazza they don't exist (yet) . I doubt that the Police would be interested in them either.

Do your DRL's dim when main lights are turned on? I'm having trouble getting them to dim have tried connecting to fuse box direct and have now tried connecting to the side lights still not dimming

I got a dimming module off eBay, but it hardly made a noticeable difference, so I removed it.

I have cob led strips fitted to lower bumper wired through an on off relay so when my sidelight are on drl are off but i wanted it that way as sidelights rewired fo bumper and headlamp

I managed to get 3 in, but had to take the holders off and strip them down so they are just the LED and even then they are a tight fit behind the blank. I think I had to bend the backs of the LED wires slightly to get the blank back in place. They look more blue than normal on the photo.

No I leave mine on all the time, not bothered fitting any dimming modules.

If I leave mine on full time I tend to get flashed by other drivers as though they're blinded by them.

Tony so are yours hooked up to a dash board switch then? mate.

I did wire an inline isolator switch but they also dim with the lights. I don't get flashed when they're dimmed only when fully bright.

If I saw those coming the other way you would get full beam treatment from me mate, not just a flash.
