Drivers seat completely stuck, any advice?

Afternoon all, I've tried everything on this seat to get it unstuck from the full back position. Including the tried and tested drill on the spindle technique but the left hand worm gear is rusted solid and will not budge.

Is there any way to access it or any tool that can offer more torque that might be able to free it?

What are attempting to turn? Size shape etc.
