Wanted Door Card Retainer Clip Housings (The Glued On Ones)

Looking at pics of the door cards pic and (link below)
There are 2 missing black retaining housings for the white door card clips.
The white clips I have purchased the black housings I can't find.
Sopers say it comes with the door card.
If anyone is scraping the door cards the black clips are glued on and I need 4 of them
