Door card clip holder

I’ve taken the door card out to replace the window guides, and it looks like a previous owner has also had the door card out because it’s missing one of the black mounting plates that holds the white trim clip (circle in the picture shows where it’s missing). I have spare white clips, but does anyone know where I can get a replacement mounting plate (the black part shown by arrow in the picture)? I don’t see part numbers on any of the other plates. Thanks!
