Besides the absurdly large front grill, the rest of the car in my opinion looks okay. The grill would definitely have to go though! Not too keen on the side mirrors either.

Concepts have always been a bit whacky. No change here. When faced with the fact they have to get buyers then designs soon get a more acceptable make-over. Putting this kind of stuff out diverts criticism away from more serious issues too. The marketing people would be behind this. Maybe its a new shark nose inspired design.

That was my first thought. The second was being glad I've got a Z3 and therefore don't have to consider buying anything else. BMW aren't the only ones bringing out ugly cars, though.

Hadn't noticed this until recently, it's at least half way to that hideous thing up above. I predict an abundance of after-market grilles pretty soon to at least tone down the offensiveness.

Mind you, BMW aren't the only guilty party - oversized, offensive and generally hideous grilles seem to be the fashion these days amongst car stylists. Apart from Tesla that is....
