I took the DISA valve out of the manifold yesterday to give it a check over as there have been tales of the pivot pin coming loose and finding it's way into the engine. Mine looked fine and is retained from coming out by a stop inside the manifold.

Would that mean Brian that as I have a 3.0i sport 2002 manual that mine ought to have the same stop inside the manifold. Thanks John.
