Remember back in the day that these were not “real” Ferraris and sold for 10/15k?

well… unless this is a money laundering thing, I can not understand why this went that high…

It's from the 1960s and is a Ferrari, so is now 'collectable' and highly 'desirable'. I never liked the Dino, as it was an Alfa in a prettier frock IIRC.
Look at any of the 308s, or heaven forbid, the 400 mondial. They were both a 'poor man's Ferrari' in the 1980s. Worth a pretty penny now.

A million quid for any genuine old Ferrari in good nick is cheap now. There is a replica (it is a good replica but still not a factory car) doing the rounds in Europe for sale for £900k.
