Hi all,
Hoping to get some advice, am looking to change the diff oil over the holiday period, was wondering what to use, assume 75w140. Loads of brands but I see Opie suggest Motul Gear Competition fully synthetic racing transmission & ls diff oil.

Would Castrol Syntrax LL/long life sae 75w140 synthetic gear oil be sufficient (only mention this as it's on offer thru an auction site) Just wondering what people suggest....

Thanks

After some research I ended up ordering this for my 2.8:

Castrol TRANSMAX Limited Slip LL 75W-140 75W140 Fully Synth Gear Oil

Not got round to changing it yet…

Ok, thanks for those pointers. Am i right the Z3M should be 75w140 or will 75w090 suffice. Maybe 140 used for trackday driving only??.
Thanks
