So l love my Z3, it's such a fun car to drive, great handling, well balanced, adequate power, etc.

But.... I do not love the steering wheel. My 'M-edition' wheel's rim is just too thin for my hands. I guess all my cars since my MK4 GTI, through a few Audis (hell, even my Toyota pickup truck!) all have had meatier steering wheel rims. And the rim is somewhat slick, to boot.

Can anyone recommend a decent fitting and performing cover to add some thickness & grip to my wheel? Preferably one that does not look like a Pep Boys/J.C. Whitney $9.99 special? Thanks!!

The steering wheel refurbs that Jack at Royal Steering Wheels does are superb. It was the first mod I did on my Z3 M Coupe.
As Stevo said below there must be similar firms in the States.

I've seen the ones on Ebay and in auto parts stores, was wondering if someone had a personal recommendation.
Those Jack Royal wheels look amazing. Will have to research if someone does that a little closer to home.

And thanks for the kind offer @t-tony!

Just removed this one from my car as it had a tendency to creep round the wheel in use.
If you were more local you could have it to try it and see if it was suitable.
