Hi everyone and welcome to December 2022 Picture of the Month

All the usual rules apply.

Picture must be taken by entrant.
Only one entry per forum member.

Thread will run till 24th December

Entry deleted, as I do not wish to cause any ill feeling. I do not know how I would find the Rules, but having had them pointed out to me, I find the 'Month' rule to be rather ambiguous - I guess it depends on how you interpret it!

That being so I will not be posting any photos until Easter, when the Red Zed will awake from its winter slumbers, and I will be able to provide photos reflecting places I have just visited. Good luck to all entrants!

Do the Alps really look like that in Winter? I seem to recall that entries were supposed to be taken in the season that they're entered?

I missed last month because your tomorrow is my today, half the time. So here it is again..

A season limit on photos? Never heard of it - please tell me where the requirement is . . . this photo was taken in August, when it can also be snowy in this area - the Furka Pass for example - during summer! Here is a picture also taken in August at the Hotel Belvedere, high up on the Furka - when we had stayed there at the same time during the previous year the weather was fine, but with the massive Rhone Glacier on the doorstep it can be changeable!

Must say, I thought the photos were generally supposed to be taken that month although obviously many are not.Perhaps it's just the '...of the month' bit that's confusing.

The original competition rules stated the pictures were to be taken by the poster (although when he/she is sitting in the car, in the photo I’m not sure how that is accomplished.) and taken in the season it is portraying. I’ll see if I can find the original post.

Why does it obviously bother you so much? This is a car forum and I'm glad that the photo of the red Z3 has been posted. Great photo!

• Picture must be Zed or Zorg related. Whatever you think makes a great photo. It doesn't have to be a work of art, just something which encapsulates Zed ownership for you!
• Photo does not need to have been taken during the month, but should be appropriate to the season/location. For example, no snow covered Zeds in June unless you live in the arctic.
• "Photoshopped" entries are acceptable, but must be clearly stated that it has been edited with some basic details. Resizing, cropping, filters, resampling, recolouring etc.
• If you wish to provide some extra information - such as camera type, composition, exposure, please feel free to do so. This is a photographic competition after all.
• Only 1 entry to be submitted per member, per month.
• Entries to be submitted by 20th of the month. Voting thread will be created as soon after as possible.unt)
• By submitting an image you are granting permission for that image to be shared on social media to publicise the competition and the forum.
• My decision is final!
